PowerShift National Tour, This year we had 4 regional conferences, a statewide lobby day, and an event with Bill Nye the Science Guy that drew 900 people.
Testimony, Lawrence, Kansas - We overflowed the room to testify before the Kansas State Department of Energy against a new coal fired power plant that will spew huge amounts of greenhouse gasses into the air, while increasing the amount of mercury, a toxic heavy metal, by up to 80%.
